On March 25th, BCC held its Annual General Meeting in Novotel Vilnius hotel. As there were no elections to the Board this year, the BCC members were presented with annual financial and activities reports by Sandra Kundrote, BCC Executive director and Chris Butler, Chairman BCC.  The AGM was followed by Business Reception with an acclaimed Guest Speaker from the UK – Edward Lucas, the Central and Eastern Europe correspondent for The Economist, author of a book „The New Cold War: How the Kremlin Menances Both Russia and the West“. Mr Lucas has attracted over 200 guests to listen to his speech after which he answered to questions from the audience.  Mr Andrius Kubilius, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania has kindly accepted invitation to attend the event and also made a short speech.     Edward Lucas is also an owner of 0001 Lithuanian visa received in early 1990, when entering Lithuania as a journalist of The Independent. The business reception was attended by President Valdas Adamkus, Members of Parliament, Ministers, Ambassadors BCC members and Guests.
