Learn methods to identify deception, understand the critical link between emotions, behaviour and communication, and to pick up subtle cues from a counterpart that can radically change the outcome of negotiations and commercial relationships.

Behavioural communication for business executives incorporates deception detection, psycholinguistic analysis, profiling and conversation management with specific focus on commercial outcomes. It consists of methods and core principles that can be learnt quite easily and applied immediately to one’s every day business. It will empower managers in negotiations, in sales at all stages and levels, in recruitment, in evaluating new partners in new markets, in assessing internal and external threats, and in managing and motivating employees and partners.
